Nike BBQ - Thurs 25th June 2009

Roastmaster were asked to provide a BBQ package for Nike staff and their guests at Nike Town's Concept store in Shoreditch, London.

With corporate clients very conscious about overspending, we were given a budget to work with and still managed to put on a spectacular spread which included a "Build Your Own Burger Bar", as well as Corn Fed BBQ Chicken Drumsticks, a selection of British and Continental sausages, and some funky salads with dressings. Vegetarians enjoyed a BBQ giant Portobello Mushroom Burger, stacked with sliced chargrilled aubergine & peppers, with all the trimmings and salads.

Ice cold beer and wine from the bar was complimented with Pimms, Mojitos and Moscow Mules. A great party was had by all and Roastmaster has since been asked to repeat the affair.
