World-renowned and Michelin star awarded Tamarind is available to cater in a number of unique venues and top London hotels. Under the guidance of chef Alfred Prasad it specialises in stunning cuisine from north-western and southern India.

The new alliance will allow the restaurants talented chefs to concentrate on the creation of fabulous menus of high end, contemporary Indian cuisine, whilst the Mint Catering team will take responsibility for sales, marketing, staffing and event organisation.

Anglo–Asian fusion menus are also available and the menus have been designed to cater for 50 guests through to 10,000 guests
